We operate as a lead-gen affiliate (Model 2). All actual radon work is performed by independent NRPP-certified, Iowa IDPH-registered partner contractors. We qualify each homeowner inquiry (verified homeowner status, budget signal, project timeline, location within Iowa) and route to our partner contractor in real time. Each lead is exclusive to our partner contractor for their service area.
